Land O Lakes Deli American Cheese Ontario?

I'm looking to buy Deli sliced American cheese. Any tips on where to find it?

I often hear people lump all American cheese in with "Kraft Singles", which they are not. A good American cheese is closer to a Havarti or a mild, salty cheddar. Perfect for melting on burgers!

I don't believe Land O Lakes is sold here. You may have to go to upstate NY for that.

However, most Deli counters (e.g. Highland farms) has a 'cheddar', which is the same product (to my taste buds). And swiss, mozzarella, etc.

IF you want something more generic, there's a kosher sliced cheese you can find that comes in blocks of 50, pre-sliced. It comes in orange or white (colours, not flavours). It's similar to a Deli cheddar block, whereby the flavour is somewhere between a kraft singles slice and an actual slice of cheddar. However, you will lose many karma points for putting these on an actual hamburger. Add bacon and you'll probably be smote on the spot.

Kraft Extra Cheddar is the closest at the grocery stores
