Sai Woo Toronto

Does anybody, anywhere, know where any of these owners or chefs went? I have a craving for their "spring rolls" which are unlike anything I have ever had. I so miss them...they were creamy, with I don't know what inside, but the absolute best - compared to the cabbage that they are stuffed with now. Any pointers would be most appreciated.

    I still use the plastic Sai Woo chopsticks I received as a "gift" from the restaurant.

    Owner Bill Wen passed away some years ago. Chef Kathleen Chin was doing some instruction at George Brown. Good luck.

      Sai Woo? Wow that takes me back. Haven't a clue to help respond to your question, but did enjoy going there in my youth so many, many years ago.
