Central Park Boathouse Wedding

I am considering having my wedding at the Central Park Boathouse. I have read mixed reviews about the food but could not find anything that was recent. Has anyone attended a wedding there in the last two years? I would appreciate any feedback you may have.

my wife is a photographer and has shot many weddings there. Food has always been very good. Great place for a wedding - some people have trouble getting there if they have trouble walking. No cars on weekend - other than that its a great place for a wedding.

Was there for a wedding last August. Hors d'oeuvre were good but then I don't remember ever having a bad hors d'oeuvre. The main dishes were ok...it was either a steak or fish and both were just ok but nothing bad. I thought the atmosphere was great and service was pretty nice too. I believe their food has improved somewhat in recent years but again, nobody really goes to the boathouse for food.
I'd recommend the place.

I have seen that and I have seen very mixed reviews about the restaurant as well - it seems either people swear by it or loathe it. But I am really trying to find wedding reviews rather than random dining experiences.
