Recipes for Almond Pulp?
We make our own almond milk and have stockpiled a large amount of almond pulp after straining the liquid out, so I'm looking for some delicious recipes to use it. I found a couple of raw food recipes, but they didn't look too appetizing!
I assume this "pulp" would behave differently in recipes than ground almonds (almond meal?), but I am not sure. Any ideas/experiences?
