Sheep-Skinned Breakfast Snausages

It has come to my attention that there aren't any natural-skinned breakfast sausages in Austin that aren't pre-cooked and frozen (and most of them are collagen-cased).

So where can I get some so I can Grand Slam them in the privacy of my own home?

I know Costco has them, but 48 ounces worth is ... hmm.. certainly doable. But you would think you could find them at HEB in 8-16oz packages. I've shopped every HEB from Parmer to Slaughter in the last couple months and they don't seem to exist.
