I have not tried the Kitchit service but I have hired a professional butler who went into the small catering/brunch/ dinner party business as a second career. Hired him to provide an intimate dinner for our wedding anniversary and it was worth every penny, memorable all these years later...and the great stories he had to share, priceless!

I say go for it!
