Good/decent sushi in La Mesa or El Cajon?

Wondering if there are any good sushi places in La Mesa or El Cajon. We're in the Mt. Helix area so somewhere in that vicinity. Looking for a place for take-out so ambience is not important. We mostly like rolls.

Try Oishii in Santee. A little farther to drive but really very good.

Sei Sushi in San Carlos (on Navajo between the 125 and Lake Murray Blvd) and Banbu Sushi on Fletcher near Jackson are both decent for rolls.
