Dim Sum Parlor opening in Somerville

While at Doo Wee last night, I overheard a couple of guys talking about a dim sum parlor opening up in the Winter Hill section of Somerville. Anyone know about this? From what I could glean via eavesdrop, a "coming soon" sign has been on the window for a couple months.

I vaguely remember reading a long while ago that a fancy dim sum spot place would open in that general area but I was picturing the other side of broadway (think it was the old KFC?) no idea if this is rested at all
