Olive Oil Infused with Lemon, Cilantro and Roasted Onion

CurlieGlamourGirlie Feb 1, 2013 09:41 AM

Bought an infused olive oil. It's amazing on bread. But of course, I'd love to cook with it. Any suggestions??

Cick Picatta, drizzled on a white pizza, seared scallops or broiled seafood.

Sounds more like a finishing oil than a cooking/saute oil. Like Treb says, drizzle on stuff. Baked sweet potato, roasted carrots or BrusseIs sprouts, no-cheese cauliflower soup. Bet it would be great in a vinaigrette. Use as a condiment on bread for a sandwich instead of mayo or mustard (avocado/lettuce/tom maybe). Pour a little over hummus instead of plain OO.
