Please, ideas/suggestions welcome: delicious recipes that use Scotch....

Any course would be fine, please no red meat. Thank you!

          I bought the husband some incredible hand-made Scotch caramels once -- flavor really came through. Wonderful.

          Would consider using it like sherry in a cream soup -- maybe with mushrooms? chestnuts?

            That is a tough ingredient. About two weeks ago there was an episode of Iron Chef America with Scotch as the secret ingredient. I wish I could remember some of their recipes. Maybe you can find some info about it online. There were multiple courses and some were just plays on Scotch such as a scotch egg and butterscotch. Good luck with your search.
