Grocery with Peruvian Corn/Maiz Chulpe to make Cancha

Anyone know of a Latin grocery who carries this? So far I've gotten blank looks/responses. Surely someone must like making cancha. Thanks in advance.

I don't know what it is either, but have you tried a couple of place on/near Broad? Ideal (Broad Street toward Tulane from Canal) or Norma's (on Bienville toward the lake from Broad). Both have Latin groceries.

Those are two good places, and also try Union Supermarket in Kenner. One last resort is International market on Barron in Metairie...it is primarily an Indian store, but there are some assorted things from other places. (Like cassava flour, for example.)
