I would like to make a cheese fondue but don't know where to find kosher ementhal or gruyere cheese in Toronto/Thornhill. Does anyone have any idea where to find or what would work as a good substitute?
I don't know about Toronto stores but some US Costco stores carry Tnuva cheeses. Try calling (or contact Tnuva to see which stores carry their cheese).
