Negro Chicken Mole
I'm planning a bday menu for my husband, and would love to find a manageable negro (oaxacan) chicken mole recipe. I found one from Rick Bayless, but it really is more involved than I can manage. I do have a few days to get things together, but not tons of time at any one moment. Any suggestions for recipes? I have decent access to chilies, so that is not much of a prob. Thanks for any suggestions!
