What's your latest food project? Tell us about it

Your favorite 'foodie' videos the world needs to watch.

I came across this one. It's a beautifully made 43 minute video. IMO the type many CH members would enjoy b/c it takes us to were our food comes from. Highly recommended. Do you have some like this one you'd recommend?http://www.nfb.ca/film/earth_to_mouth/

Oooh, I know I'm taking a huge risk, but my late fave has been a spoof on food/foodies called "My Drunk Kitchen." NOT PC, but funny as hell.
Oooh, I just saw you wrote "some like this..." which this is totally, totally not, so be forewarned.

OH DEAR OH DEAR OH DEAR! I now know what one of my nieces is getting for Christmas.
I do all my Christmas shopping on Youtube. I see a vid. I think someone I must give something to next Christmas or for their birthday NEEDS to LEARN ABOUT THEMSELVES! and I burn a 25 cent disk, a bit of wrapping paper from a brown grocery store bag which I have thoughtfully decorated with home made 'raw potato stamps' using a red ink pad I lifted from the local service station. Job done.
I've got the series on my book marks. Thanx.

I absolutely ADORE MDK. Hannah cracks me up, especially when she's drinking something particularly foul.

"Cake vodka...Oh, it tastes like Chap Stick!"

I am thoroughly convinced that if we ever met, we'd be instant best friends. ;)

Thanks so much! What a lovely film. I'm going to make the N. France rabbit stew next week.

        BBQ with Franklin:

I learned a lot about smoking a whole brisket from his videos.

I originally spied this on Serious Eats. It's hilarious, no learning here, just laughing! NSFW, and not for the easily offended.

the entire catalog of Liza's from Food Curated gets my attention. She's outstanding with a camera, signs a well deserved light on small food business owners and brings a good deal of humor & fun to these mini films. http://foodcurated.com/

Remains my favorite and all of the links provided here (so far) have been fun to watch as well.

Hope more arrive to the thread.

Thanks so much for the link. It's know in my Internet 'vault'. I'm going to give the link to some people I know who are food makers/vendors. I know they will be delighted.'Do you know about 'The Perennial Plate' series?http://vimeo.com/30959868
This is the 'seaweed man' but if you look at the top middle on the screen you can go to 'Watch' and check out all their videos. Wonderful people doing wonderful 'foodie' things.
