Party of 8, 50-60 year olds looking for a bar walking distance from US Restaurant. It's a Friday night probably around 8pm, want to catch up on conversation, semi quiet dives are just fine.

Specs', Tosca, Vesuvio, Naked Lunch, and 15 Romolo are all within a block of Columbus and Broadway. With luck one of them will be quiet.

Tosca fits the bill well. It has plenty of tables in the back and it's been pretty quiet every time I've been in recently.
