Shisido/Padron peppers?

Anyone know if you can buy them locally? I've found them twice in Central Market and checked Hong Kong Market and Super H Mart but had no luck at either market. TIA.

I've bought what I believe to be shishito peppers at Super H Mart. They looked and tasted just like the ones I've bought at Central Market. At Super H Mart I think they call them just "sweet peppers" or something like that. They have them frequently, but not always. And way cheaper than Central Market.
