I'm looking for some ideas to serve for a Super Bowl party, and I need some Baltimore-area recipes to pit against some San Francisco-area recipes (and a couple of New Orleans recipes for good measure). Thanks!

hot crab dip. Crab pretzel. coddies. (codfish cakes on saltines with mustard). Maryland crab soup. Sour beef and dumplings (Sauerbrauten). Maryland fried chicken. Shrimp steamed with old bay and onions. Old Bay cheese fries. Lake trout. Berger cookies.

oh yeah...crab cakes, tater tots of many different varieties (google search Ale Mary's to see their menu with many different tot versions: sloppy tots, reuben tots, sweet potato tots, crabby tots, etc...)
