East Village Bakery sold to new owners

Anyone know where the original owners went? They had the best gluten free pastries here.

  1. Lucia and Bobby sold the place just before Christmas. They wanted to travel for a bit, then focus on something else: Lucia's an artist (painting, stained glass works) and Bobby's a writer. The new owner is, in her own words, a "serial entrepreneur." Place hasn't been the same since.

      Thanks clutterer. I admire people who can make that kind of decision. (Though the selfish part of me hopes they open another bakery somewhere close).
