Any recommendations for after-dinner drinks in the West Village?

I'm traveling to Manhattan for the weekend for dinner on a Saturday night around 7. Does anyone have any recommendations for a spot in the West Village for an after dinner drink maybe around 9-930? Somewhere quiet and romantic would be ideal. Thanks for your help!
