Fun Restaurants in the IE

I know the search is for LA but I wanted to see if anyone knew of fun/weird places to go in the inland empire. I've been to Tokyo Delves in LA and the Corvette Diner in San Diego. I wanted to know if anyone knew of any place that would be a change of pace or even a good place to completely go wild like at Tokyo Delves that would be close enough to take a taxi home. AND NO ONE SAY TOBY KEITH PLEASE! haha
