Has anyone had the Rochers at Payard?
They are wafers dipped in white or milk chocolate. They also have them at ViceVersa Restaurant. I was told that they are just wafers (without any creme inside) mixed with chocolate. Does anyone know where to buy these wafers in order to make them at home so I don't have to spend $50 at Payard's to enjoy them? They are so simple to make if I could just find a gourmet market that sells them. Thanks. Vanessa.
