Chicken Liver Pate with Green Peppercorns in a Mason Jar... How do I prepare this to eat?
Not sure.. Do I just let it come to room temperature on the counter? Do I open the lid a little and simmer the jar in a bit of water? Do I eat it cold?
I remember the lady sold them in jars and plastic vacuum sealed packages (she said for sous-vide)... I got the jar.
No idea what to do.
