Victory 44 Brunch

Has anyone been to the breakfast/brunch at V44? My wife loves eggs bene so I was thinking about taking her here. I didn't know if there was a better one in the city. Thoughts?

I haven't been to Victory 44 for brunch, but have been there for dinner and liked it. That said, if what your wife loves is eggs bene, I'd highly recommend Bon Vie on Selby in St. Paul. It shares space with A Piece of Cake Bakery and has arguably some of the best eggs bene in the Cities. Might be a little busy this weekend with Crashed Ice in town, but definitely worth a stop.

Have had the eggs benedict a few times at Victory 44. Their benedicts are very solid, with a rotating choice of meat and flavor enhancement to the hollandaise. Recently was a salmon pastrami benedict that tasted fantastic, I'd certainly prefer that protein over the traditional ham choice from now on.

+1 for the Bon Vie rec though too.

I'm also a Bon Vie fan for the Eggs Benedict. But I also like the Cheeky Monkey on Selby.
