Help! The Dutch - Dress Code

Hi Everyone

We are going to The Dutch tonight for dinner, and excuse my stupidity, but I find the dress code on their website ("keep it fresh") slightly cryptic! Will black pants, boots and a nice sweater be OK? And for guys, jeans and a collared shirt?
