Need lunch sandwich platters in East Brunswick

We're having a meeting at work tomorrow and would like to order some sandwich platters for lunch. In the past we used to order from Jack's Corner Deli on Cranbury Road, but their counter food seems to be not at all as good as it used to be. We have a number of vegetarians, and there doesn't seem to be anything for them on Jack's menu except for grilled vegetables.

With the previous owners there was egg salad and cheeses other interesting stuff. I think these guys could make that, but I'd have to dream it up.
I also don't want to order any particular ethnic food (Indian, Chinese); I want it to appeal to as wide a variety of palates as possible. It's just a working lunch.
Suggestions?

Another place you might want to consider in the future would be European Provisions on Old Bridge Turnpike:

It's an old school deli, but one of the best in the State.

It's late, but I do like Legends Deli in Milltown for catering sandwiches. Used them all the time for committee meetings and office lunches.

Oh thanks. I'm sure this won't be our last lunch. The sandwiches were very tasty. I think they could have done something a little more imaginative to make the platters look nice - a couple of thin round slices of red pepper and some shredded carrots can go a long way. But as I said, the sandwiches were fresh and tasted good, and everything got eaten.
They were very accommodating for making sandwiches that were not on the menu. We went pretty vegetarian. The eggplant, rosted peppers, and mozzarella sandwiches were a particularly big hit.

Ever tried Sandys? I've always liked their sandwiches. I get the California cheese steak a lot.

Yes, actually that's a strong possibility, but I don't know if they do takeout platters with a variety of sandwiches. Just not sure what I'm going to do.

I'll call them this morning. I'm embarrassed - I could have looked this up myself.
              Thanks.

Not a problem. I'm happy to throw business their way because my usual there is a cup of coffee. lol.
