Where to buy Hazelnut meal

I don't have a spice grinder or food processor to grind the hazelnuts myself so does anyone know where I could find them?

      Yep! Yonge and Carlton one and they didn't have it.

        Thanks! I know Bob's does almond flour/meal but I didn't know that they did hazelnut!

        Bulk Barn carries it for the month or so before Christmas, but not during the rest of the year. (Scarborough Town Centre)
