Seafood near the Ritz on Peachtree?

Any suggestions for the best seafood in this area or near the Merchandise Mart?

i like McCormick and Schmicks in the omni--- usually very good seafood maybe 1o minute walk..also Dantannas is there too, but youd have to limit your choices, but they have had salmon--its not really a seafood spot

If you're looking for walking options, Ray's in the City is your closest bet. Traditional steakhouse/seafood restaurant, and it's just 1 block away. A longer walk gets you to Legal Seafoods or McCormick & Schmick.

Actually yes.

The Oceanaire Seafood Room & there's Atlanta Fish Market over in Buckhead. We've eaten at both.....very good.

Also, if you're willing to go to Buckhead, Chops is a great restaurant as well.

Chops & Atlanta Fish Market are in the same group. Their whole Buckhead Life Group has fantastic restaurants. If you like Greek, Kyma is awesome.
