Blue ring in ginger
I seem to remember hearing of blue garlic, but not blue ginger. It was a ring of blue. I used it. That was last week. We are still alive, so I guess it's safe. lol. Anyone else seen this?

It is the name of his place and it used to be outstanding, knock your socks off wow. That was at least 10+ years ago. I have tried it twice in the last 18 months and it was passable as small neighborhood place-not great, not bad.
And a catbert is right, nothing worry about with the blue ring. Just a varietal of ginger.
