Vegan-friendly tasting menu?

Looking for a vegan (not just vegetarian)-friendly tasting menu... doesn't have to be Toronto, nor does it have to be a vegan restaurant (will be dining with ominivorous folks, as well).

I've been contacting some places, but am wondering if anyone knows of any.

I would try calling George. My wife is vegetarian (not vegan) and they did an incredible tasting menu for her in November. IIRC, they asked specifically whether it should be vegan or just vegetarian. Good luck!
