I am looking for a Taco Truck to cater a pre-wedding party I am having at a local Paso Robles park but have been having trouble finding anything on line. If you know of one that has a solid reputation please let me know. I would love to get their phone number as well.

Thanks in advance!

Ruddells Smokehouse in Cayucos has recently procured a full sized food truck- they make the BEST smoked albacore tacos! Really good food! Nice family runs the joint!

Hey CH, I'm going to bump this and see if anyone has additional suggestions. I'm also thinking food truck catering for my Paso Robles wedding, and it looks like Yelp loves Haute Skillet. Anyone tried it?

Have not but we love the above suggestion for Fundaros food stream they do have a minimum to come out.

Mama's Meatballs from SLO has a mobile wood burning Pizza oven they will take to site. Gorgeous conversation-piece oven and trailer built by Will Carlton of Tiber Canyon Olive Ranch in SLO.

Just got back from visiting Paso Robles and there was a food truck stationed outside a bar we were at one night and I made sure to remember it because I had seen this post before we left.

Fundaro's Food Stream...seemed like they did an eclectic mix of items, so I doubt tacos would be out of the question.

I believe Tablas Creek Winery has used a truck at the Harvest Festival in the past that served al pastor tacos. Might get them a call and see who they recommend.
