Got a Jar O' Cookie Mix and don't know what to do with it

I picked up a mason jar of a mix of something, and don't know what to do with it. It came from the swap table at my Master Gardeners meeting, so I am not worried about it having cooties or anything.
It has about 2 cups of flour, a half cup or so of cocoa mixed with sugar or brown sugar, then an equal amount of white sugar, and lastly, some mini chocolate chips and M & Ms.
I've never had one of these, and don't know what the SOP is for them. Anyone have experience with them?
I know I can throw in an egg and some oil and cross my fingers, but if I can have guidance, that would be even better.

  1. Strange that they didn't include any instructions with the mix. This seems like it might be pretty close to what you have:

It calls for adding 3/4 cup butter, one egg and one teaspoon of vanilla.

I think you've nailed it! Thanks! The proportions are just about what it looks like in the jar.
Now I know what I'm doing tomorrow afternoon.
