Looking for a place in DC, Northern Virginia or Baltimore where you can get Spedini - Brad and cheese layered and fried and then smothered/served with an anchovy sauce. I have only ever found it in Jersey.
Carmine's downtown DC has it. Near Vz Center. Very good.
Spendini's. Sounds like a great name for the next Voltaggio effort--maybe retro red-sauce joint in Old Town.
