Festive spot for a birthday celebration (Tuesday night) - western suburbs

We are celebrating 2 January birthdays on Tuesday night around 5:00 and are looking for something fun/festive, conversation-friendly with good food & drinks in the western suburbs (Downers Grove, Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Lisle area). There's 5 of us ranging from the 40's to early-80's (very young at heart)! A happy hour would also be an option.

So far our options are Emilio's, Pinstripes (for the bowling/bocce option), Pappadeaux (although can get quite loud), Country House in Clarendon Hills.

I know there's a lot more that I'm overlooking!

Try Bakersfield in Westmont, right around the corner from Pappadeux on Ogden. Food is quite good and it has a nice Vibe.
