Road to Vegas

Some friends and I will be driving from LA to Vegas in a few weeks. Where should we eat along the way? (Also, recs for other noteworthy roadside stops would be appreciated!) Thanks!

If you stop in Primm there is a new 24 hour Original Pancake House for some of their great 49er flapjacks and Dutch Babies, then you can ride the Desperado mega roller coaster right next door.

The corned beef hash is pretty good too.

I hit up the In and Out in Barstow..double double with grilled onions and extra spread..big xlarge ice tea and a fry.
Mad Greek restaurant in Baker is good too.
The drive over is so crazy and busy that you just want to haul ass, eat and fill up with no dilly dallying around.

I agree, I would much rather bring snacks and stop only for the bathroom.
