What is the best source for well aged beef in town?

        1. you might want to check out BBRANCH in pike place market. run by the founder of bill the butcher (which he gave up when partners hassled him) he keeps a seperate case for an assortment in both cuts and age - the 45 day bone-in rib was ethereal
