Norma Shirley never published a cookbook. I had the pleasure of chatting with her though and I asked her if she planned to write one and she said she would. She gave me the impression she was working on it and that was in 2005.
As you may know, her son Delius and his partner Cindy Hutson are also in the restaurant business. My hope is that they will publish Norma's recipes some day.
She really was an remarkable lady and incredible chef.
