Need suggestions for Michael's Noodles in Rockville TONIGHT

I've been wanting to go to Michael's for a while and will finally manage tonight. Any suggestions from the amazingly long 8-page menu? I searched this site and found only passing references and no specifics. We are extremely adventurous eaters so all suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

Are there similar places you recommend in the DC area? You sound reticent on this place. I am also adventurous, and am intrigued by intestine with clotted blood. I've had intestine and blood, but not together!
