Late Night Dessert, Persian Ice Cream

Are there any places in the NoVa/DC area that offers late night dessert on the weekends?

Also, are there any places that offer Persian Ice cream? Such as falooda.
I know there are sit down places that offer dinner. But are there any bakeries?

Shilla Bakery and Breeze are both located in Annadale. They stay open late on weekends.

I'm not sure about Persian ice cream, but for late night dessert spots you might try Mintwood (get the brownie sundae), Co Co Sala, Kramerbooks and Afterwards, or District Commons (I like the Boston cream pie).
