Restaurant for boyfriend's 21st birthday

Hey,
I'm looking for a nice romantic restaurant to take my boyfriend to for his 21st birthday this Sunday, I'm willing to spend about $150 for the two of us, I am looking for a place thats young and hip but also nice enough to kind of dress up a little. We're open to any types of food. I want him to have a great night, does anyone have ideas?

$150 for two, including tax and tip? $75 per person divided by 1.22875 is about $61. So $61pp for food and drink?

Will either of you be drinking? If so, that can really eat into your budget.

Maybe the Sunday Supper at Public? They have some good times still left on OpenTable.

I'm one year short of being able to drink leagally so no i wont be drinking, but he doesnt really care much for alcohol believe it or not so I didnt really include alcohol im my budget

Well, perhaps he'll consider having a celebratory drink in honor of his 21st birthday (assuming he isn't driving anywhere afterwards).

Both in Lincoln Center area.
