Unrendered duck fat for sausage

Any one know where I can get unrendered duck fat in Austin area?

    Go to the Farmer's Market at Lakeline mall on Saturday. Go early you can score duck fat there no problem. It may cost an arm and a leg though.

      One of the best potato dishes I've eaten was from a British buddy that roasted them in duck fat in his oven with just sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

          I located some through Hudson Valley Foie Gras. Shipping is 30 bucks and price per pound id 4 lb. You have to call them as they don't sell it online
