Mom's 80th BD lunch/dinner near Phoenixville/King of Prussia with 4 kids under 4

Any suggestions? Someplace kinda nice but with something for the kids, or someplace where one of us can take the kids while the rest have a nice lunch/dinner. Mom has expressed interest in getting oyster pie but that may be too many constraining variables. Any suggestions appreciated!
