Crystallized jam

I Have a couple of jars of homemade jam that just sat in the fridge a bit too long and have crystallized.... Thinking of making some quick bread or muffins with them to mask the crystals....anyone have luck doing this or using leftover jams past their prime? They still taste good, just not good mouth feel....thanks

Thanks for the advice, I'm thinking some is going into baked goods, and something might go into the crockpot....either with overnight oatmeal or a dinner type dish.

They'll be just fine in baked goods. The crystallized sugar will dissolve just like any sugar.
You can also use them in a barbecue sauce.

you could always heat them gently to melt the crystals. You'd have to keep them in the fridge, but since they're already there, that's not much of a sacrifice...
