Buttonwood Manor in Matawan sold?

Drove past yesterday & saw a sign that says "closed for renovations". Rumor has it it's been sold to the people who own MJ's pizza in Middletown.

You have got to be kidding me!! Word was that it has been for sale for the better part of 10 years now.......but gosh don't tell me another MJ's? Really?

Look I love seen people succeed especially having been a business owner entrepreneur my entire life. But for the life of me I don't see the public's love affair with MJ's? I guess it's just me because they keep popping locations up and they seem to be doing well.........but I for one don't get it. That's a hell of a location to turn into a pizza bar now. WOW......

We've never been to the other MJs, but will probably check this one out since it's very close to where I live.
