Very intrigued. Takes me back to when I lived in central America.
This is one of the best books I have read and cooked from in 2012. Her information and passion is evident which makes it as great as it is.
Did it have recipes for pupusas?
Yes, a couple of recipes. One is a Salvadorian relish and one is called Corn Pupusas Filled with Cheese. I am making a Columbian pepian this week.
Thanks. I love pupusas. Not sure if I can pull off making them.
I have not made them, either, but plan to. There are all sorts of recipes in the book, ranging from simple to complex. I highly recommend it.
I have this book on hold at the library. Also Jose Garces' new cookbook. I've glanced at both at the bookstore.
