Florence's Merrimack, NH - go for the gnocchi
Not a finer-dining spot, and not known for their service (I learned after), but I grooved on their gnocchi Bolognese Saturday night. We were looking for some place we hadn't tried before and thought we'd give Florence's a lookie.
No idea why they don't offer other sauce variants such as carbonara, etc for their gnocchi....... but that's OK with me. Replete with cheese in the sauce, and not quite what I consider a traditional Bolognese. Whatever -- it was melt-in-your-mouth.
