Best Fried Chicken in Easy Valley?

I have never eaten anything better than someplace like KFC, and I really want to find a place that makes crispy, moist, and delicious fried chicken like you would find in the South. I live on the border of Queen Creek and Gilbert.... does anybody have any-hole-in-the-wall suggestions they would like to enlighten me with? Thanks. :)

Have you tried the chicken at the Culinary Dropout in Scottsdale? I've heard it's very good although I haven't tried it myself. I'm waiting for them to open a Phoenix location.

The Farmhouse in Gilbert offers fried chicken as a special on Wednesdays. I haven't tried it, but I generally like the Farmhouse.

Lo-Los is quite good, as is Chelsea's Kitchen.
If you want to spend a pretty penny, Michael Mina's Bourbon Steak is tough to beat.

The noca version is served on the last Sunday of every month - and delicious.

Lolo's is quite excellent and you don't have to get it w/ waffles, but I recommend that you do!

Not in EV, but in CenPho there's good fried chicken to be had at Tuck Shop and Ezekiel's.

For something a bit more gourmet, you might try NOCA (not a regular item) and Blue Hound.
