Brat producers in mid-Atlantic region

I don't know about producers, but Canales' Deli in eastern market carries some good ones along with a host of other great sausages.

and, believe it or not, harris teeter makes sausages in-house, and they are tasty.

At one point Binkert's supplied sausages to the German embassy in DC. They may still do.

Every time I go into Binkert's (which is rare enough as it is now that we live overseas) there are always other customers speaking German to the owners.

And yes, their brats and sausages are delicious.
