We're attending a concert at the Capitol Theatre....any recommedations for a pre show dinner/drinks in walking distance?

Walking distance. No sorry, you are out of luck. Either look for something in downtown Dunedin, Clearwater Beach or anywhere outside of downtown Clearwater. There simply isn't anything down there.

If you want something kind of simple, how about Cristino's Coal Oven Pizza which is about a 5 min drive from the Theatre. Excellent pizza.

Cristino's is the closest example of NY coal oven pizza in Pinellas. Save room for their gelato.
