Didier de Courten in Sierre, Switzerland - anyone been there?

We think about going there, but we are ot sure what kind of cuisine and atmosphere to expect... any experiences?

Thanks alot!

One of the best tables in Switzerland, modern dining room, tables spaced well apart, bright lively colours, super-creative food, menus ranging from CHF170-245 (E140-200) stupendous wine list, strong on the Valais (80% of the list). At the front of the resto is the brasserie, L'Atelier Gourmand, always packed, with a great buzz and a nice way to get a hint of the chef's style if there's no room in the resto - and without blowing the bank
