Where can I buy Aji Amarillo?

I am looking for paste, dried or powder anywhere in Montreal.

  1. Any latin supermarket will have it. I've also seen it at Asian supermarkets with latin sections. You can also find ajis in some gourmet stores.

      436 Rue BĂ©langer

Frozen / pure'ed, in a glass jar / dried. Sometimes they have all of them, sometimes only in a glass jar.

      1. Aji Amarillo paste (Goya brand) available at Salamanca, 204 Baldwin St, (416) 593-9814 in Kensington market.

Good stuff and makes a killer Pollo a la Brasa (recipe in Chowhound Home Coking section under "Peruvian Chicken Recipe? (moved from Washington DC & Baltimore board)").

Edit : Sorry I missed the Montreal location - apologies.
